We share it only as needed to provide our services, for example with a hospital's international patient department when you ask us to arrange or explore care, or with service providers who help us operate (such as travel and scheduling tools). We share the minimum necessary, and we ask these parties to protect your information.
If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, that information is provided to us through Meta's lead tools and is also subject to Meta's own data policy.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
